The rooms are situated within a kind old restored house, within a 3-room-dwelling.  The landlady is a bussy owner of an artist-agency (website of the agency:  www.AHOI-kultur.de ) . There are 2 rooms available. The first room (18m²) is preferable for monthly lents, it is very quiet, directed to a green yard in the back of the house. It is basic and simpel furnished (upholstered elements, radio, a wooden loft bed with a 140cm x 200cm mattress, table). There is still plenty space for  individual creations and dekorations. -  posters, draperies and probably TV . The second room is about 28qm with an idyllic balconie and creativ stiling inside. There is bed  for 3 persons.  The second room , as well as the kitchen and bathroom, are in share with the landlady. 
neigbourhood:  in  Lilienthalstr.  /3 min. vom U-station "Südstern"(U7) . Lively and lovely area with a big parc "Hasenheide" directly in front of the door --cafes, bars and creativities are many in this part of Berlin .
