It is kind  place with very clean and nice furnitures, a pretty old restored, natural  wooden floor and high ceiling(4m)with stucco. There is a large comfortable bed (160cm x 2m) for 1-2 women. The kind and big kitchen as well as the clean, tilled bathroom are in share with the friendly landlady (she is about 40 years old, lesbian).  The guestroom is about 16m² situated within 60m² dwelling, fronthouse,  4th floor in an old beautifull house. The guestroom is directed to the backyard of the house , it's green, quiet and sunny.
location: Sanderstr.  / attractive, lively,  multicultural athmoshere--very central and with a lot of  original bars, art-projects and Cafes in the area, --lesbian and gay places are frequently--green riversites with restaurantes and ships.  It is also a perfect place to find your way to the german capital  by bike .
public transportation: you are prfectly connected 24 hours the day it is 3 min. vom U-station "Schönleinstr."(U8) and also not far from U-station "Kottbusser Tor"(U8 , U15 and U1). There are also a lot of  night busse near by. It takes just 8 min. to go from U-Schönleinstr. to U-Alexanderplatz (center)
