The guestroom is quiete bright and sunny, 23m², with cosy wooden floor and fitting nice furnitures . There is a large bed (160x200cm) , a board for clothings, chairs and table. The guestroom is situated within a 72m² dwelling , fronthouse 2nd floor. The kitchen and the large bathroom is in share with the nice landlady (about 30years old, smoker)
area: Greifenhagener Str. /near the corner to Stargarder Str..It is a very friendly and lively area , a lot of multicultural student, artist and creatives have setteld in this area of Berlin --you will not have a problem to find nice cafes, bars, shops, fastfoods and restaurantes and places with interesting arts. The connection to puplic transportations is very well, too : near S- Bahn  and undergroundstation "Schönhauser Allee"- there is also a tramway and several buses next the place.  sent a request for this place
