  the room (about 20m²) is very quiet and nicly furnished with wooden floor. It is situated within a nice 80m² dewlling in a well restored old beautifull house (backyard, 2nd floor) . There is TV and a board fot clothes, a desktop and a big bed (160cm x 200cm) - The kitchen and the bathroom are in share with a nice female landlady (about 35years old)

public transportation: the place is directy next to  S- station "Charlottenburg". You will have a very fast and comfortable connections to each place near the center of Berlin, as main-train-station, Zoo, Alexanderplatz, Hackescher Markt and the  Berlin fair-center---  It is also very  well connected to the city of Potsdam.  

area: it is situated in the district "Wilmersdorf" at "Sturttgarter Platz 15". It is a nice area with a lot of very pretty old streets and  houses with many kind cafes, bars, restaurantes or snack-bars in cosy old streets. There is as well as an attractiv cheap shoping-mile with sometimes very original shops and a lot of super-markets and departement stores, fast-foods, too ...
