Room with garden and balconie in the center of Berlin

the flat/guestroom: is situated within a nice old restored house, in the backyard, groundfloor . It is very friendly, cosy, quiet and green. There are two rooms (15 and 20m²) a kitchen and bathroom. The guestroom (20m²) is normaly, if there are no guests the livingroom and has got access to the idylic balconie and the nice garden. This place is only suitable for women, who like animals, because there are two cats, whitch can go and come from the kitchen(their feeding-place),  to the garden though a flap in the door of the guestroom. It is an non-smoking place and there is a piano to play at the place .

area: Claudiusstr. in the district "Tiergarten/Mitte". It is a very green, central and nice area with kind old houses and just next to the river "Spree". It is not more than 10-15 minutes walk (7 min. with the bike ), next to the riversite, on green paths to the very center of Berlin (main-station, goverment-area, "Brandenburger Tor", "Reichstag", "Haus der Kulturen der Welt").
