dwelling: it is a friendly and kind furnished guestroom of 18m², situated in the 2nd floor, fronthouse of an old comfortabel, restored house, within a 2-room-dwelling, the kitchen and bathroom is in share with the landlady (about 40 years old). Furnitures: desktop, wardrop, bed, chairs, wooden floor, .....it is a non-smoking place
capacity: the place is for 1-2 persons (preferable a singel) Sometimes, when the landlady is not in Berlin, the complete appartement is available
area: It is situated in a rather quiet and cosy street "Pohlstr", .Very central, not far from "Potsdamer Platz", "Philharmonie", "Brandenburger Tor" (new center of Berlin, goverment aera). There is a women-only cafe( www.begine.de ) near by (10 min. distance, walking)
public transportation: near bus N°148 to "Potsdamer Platz", night-bus, 4min. distance to undergroundstation "Kurfürstenstr.", whitch goes directly to main-trainstation "Zoologischer Garten" , to "Alexanderplatz" and "Prenzlauerberg"
