guestroom  or appartement in the district Charlottenburg 

the guestroom  is situated in the 4th floor of an old house, within a 2-room-dwelling,  just next to underground-station "Mierendorf Platz" (U-line 7).  The guestroom is about 22m², it is friendly and clean. It is not a luxurous, but a practical, cheap and cosy place. The room is furnished with  a big bed (2m x 2m) a desktop, sofa chairs and board for cothes. You have also got a nice, sunny balconie with view upon the surroundings. There is no central heating at the place, it is still an old cole-oven, but  a nice, complete equipt kitchen (14m²) with washingmashine, a comfortable shower and WC. The female owner of the flat is in general not present--she stays outsite of Berlin and even if she is in Berlin, she lives in the flat of her girlfriend, who lifes in the same house one stair downwards.
