2 -room-apartement in the district Charlottenburg  (1-3 persones)

  
  The apartement (55m²) is in an old, nicely restored house, 4th floor (without lift), overlooking a nice little square (Gierkplatz). The spacious living room consists a wooden table with chairs, TV,  CD-radio and a convertible sofa (bed for 2 females). The smaller room is with a single bed and a cloths rail. There is restored wooden floor in each of the both rooms,  friendly clean furnitures and it is quiet, bright and sunny . There is  internet and phone access at the apartement . The tiled bathroom with shower is clean and well equipped (there is even an electric iron and a hot water bag).The comfortable kitchen (about 10m²)is with washing machine , microwave oven, stove, refrigerator, crockeries,... kitchen-table with chairs.

Area: it is situated central , well connected to public transportation, at a quiet cosy square (Gierkplatz) near the famous "Charlottenburg Palace" . The "Charlottenburg Palace"  is the largest residence of the Hohenzollern in Berlin. The palace is surrounded by a large baroque garden, in which diverse architectures melt into a unique ensemble (you can find more informations at wikipedia or in nearly each Berlin tourist guide) . It is a  pleasant  neighborhood with cosy cafes, nice  handcraft shops, fashion boutiques and old residential buildings.

Public transportation:   3 minutes walk to subway line U 7, stop “Richard-Wagner-Platz”  and 6 minutes walk to subway line U 2 and U7, stop “Bismarkplatz”. There are also various busses near by , night-busses, too
