comfortable and friendly restored old house. One is with a large bed
(140x200cm) , a table, an armchair and a wardrobe. The singleroom is
with desktop, sofa, singlebed and wardrob
. The
kitchen and bathroom is in share with the female fellow-lodger -internet access is possible and a
bike for 10 Euro/day
the building: belongs to a well known and very large feministic meeting center (the Schokofabrik ) with a cafe, sports a turkish wellnes pool (Hamam). Al the privat flats in the house (common Berlin tenement) are owned by females. It is a former occupied house (in 1980 ) and has been legalized .

kind of anti-established multicultural bars, cafes,
art events and original shops.
It is a very lively and multicultural atmosphere, a perfect area for
cheap, good internationale foods and cafe-relaxing . Public transportation: The underground-station "Kottbusser Tor" (U-line 1 and 8) is about 3 -5 minutes distance from the accommodation. There are also many bus-lines near by--and it is a short cut to the train and S-station "Ostbahnhof" (10 min. by feet or bus) sent a request for this place
