is a cosy little apartement about 30m² and situated
groundfloor
in a friendly old, restored house. There are two rooms 9m²
and 18m² and a bathroom with shower (a rather simple and old
type, but efficient). There is no kitchen, the cooking-facilities are
in the hall (about 5m²) and the dishes have to be done in
the bathroom (about 3m²) The apartement is completly furnished,
equipt with coffee-mashine, a small refridgerater, a small cooker,
crockeries, radio. The landlady's a female, about 80years, she
lives in the apartement next door.
capacity: The place is perfect for upto 3 persons. The room(18m²) is with two beds and the other room (9m²)with one bed. And there is a comfortable folding-bed for a fourth person, too . area: It is situated in "Forster Str.",100m from the riverside ("Paul-Linke-Ufer") a green and friendly area with a lot of riverside-cafes . It is very fast to the very Kreuzberg night-live scene, too public transportation: 2min. from bus N°129 whitch goes day- and night-times, to the center and "Zoologischer Garten" and to several underground-stations. The place is 7 min. distance , by feet to U-"Schönleinstr."(U8) and to U-Görlitzer Bahnhof (U1 and U15) |
