very nice room 23 m², within a beautifull 3-room-appartement(100m²). The room is furnished with a big bed (160cm x 200cm) and nice details. The whole flat is with kind renovated wooden floor, clean and comfortable. The bathroom is in share with the landlady (about 35 years old) and her 13years old daughter. The kitchen is not always available, because it is only reachable by passing through the childs-room or the sleeping room of the landlady--so you must arrange the times for using the kitchen in advance (but both , the landlady and the child are not very often at home, therefore it will be not a big problem)

area: Jagowstr. at the corner of Levetzow Str., a pretty and nice area with beautyfull houses and a lot of greens, 3 min. to the riversite (Spree) -- near main-station, goverment-area, "Brandenburger Tor", "Reichstag", "Haus der Kulturen der Welt"

public transportation: about 5min.walk to S-Bahn-station " Bellevue", "Tiergarten"and undergroundstation "Hansaplatz". It is just 2 stops from the new Berlin main-train-station "Hauptbahnhof" and 2 stops to "Friedrichstr. ".Westwards it is 1 stop from "Zoologischen Garten". There are also several busses near by .
