questroom
is about
20m² and situated within a pretty old, restored house, within
a
100m², well and nicely
arichtected, new dwelling in
the attic. Its pretty, clean,
cosy and very
nicely furnished. The questroom is also very quiet and bright and it is
situated somewhere a bit seperate from the rest of the dwelling.
Therefore you don't need to care, if you come back late in the night or
if you have to leave very early in the morning. The guestroom has
got a
double-bed (140cm x200cm) and
boards for cothes, a fitness-bike, tabel and chair. The bathroom and
kitchen (both are situated directly next to the guestroom) are
in share with the landlady, a very friendly woman (about 35
years,
musician). From February 2008 till October 2008 the landlady
stays not in Berlin and you
can lent
the whole flat (three rooms, balconie, kitchen bathroom) or just an
1-room-appartement (the guestroom , bathroom and
kitchen).

area: it is situated in the
district "Schöneberg" in a quiet, nice street with beautifull
old, restored houses, a lot of trees and flowers on balconies an front
gardens . It is cosy living in a very central area. You will
also have nice cafes, good restaurantes or snack-bars and a lot of
super-markets near by.
public
transportation: the place
is directy next to underground- and S- station "Bundesplatz". You
have very fast and good connections in each direction. It is very near
"Zoo" and the fair-center, not far from main-train station
and "Brandenburger Tor" and well connected to the city of
Potsdam.
