guestroom in the district "Schöneberg" 

the guestroom(about 20m²)   is in within a friendly 3-room-dwelling (72m²) in an old restored house 3rd- floor , fronthouse. It is nicely furnished  with wooden floor and has got a very comfortable bed (100 cm x200cm). The kitchen and the bathroom are in share with the landlady (female artist about 50 years )  . There are also 2 cats at the place. There is also a bike available (for 2 Euros/the day) 

neighborhood: central position with friendly streets, kind old houses, small shops and cosy bars and cafes --The connection to puplic transportations is very well, (near S- Bahn  "Julius-Leber-Brücke ") it is just 3 stations from "Potsdamer Platz"  there are also several buses near by and the undergroundline 7 (U-station "Kleistpark ")

prices : 25Euro/night for a single the price includes a cup of coffee or tea(self-serve)in the morning, bedclothes and towels .
