3-room-dwelling (73m²) in an old well-restored
house, 3rd- floor , fronthouse. It is nicely furnished with
wooden
floor and has got a very comfortable bed (100 cm x200cm) in the small
room and a bedsofa (140cm x 200cm in the larger room. The kitchen
and the bathroom are in share with the landlady (female artist about 50
years ). There is a
bike to rent and a piano to play. There is a nice cosy and
well-equipt kitchen(about 10m²) and a friendly tilled bathroom with
tube and shower.The female owner of the place is not
very often in Berlin (most the time she lives in the country-site near
Berlin- therefore 80% of days you will have the
complete apartement for yourself. neighborhood: central position with friendly streets, kind old houses, small shops and cosy bars and cafes --The connection to puplic transportations is very well, (near S- Bahn "Julius-Leber-Brücke ") it is just 3 stations from "Potsdamer Platz" there are also several buses near by and the undergroundline 7 (U-station "Kleistpark ") prices : 25Euro/night/Person for at least 3 overnight-stays .The price includes a cup of coffee or tea (self-serve)in the morning, bedclothes and towels .The monthly fee is 600 Euro for a single person, when you are 2 ist is 700 Eurosent a request for this place |
