The room is situated in the former
"East part" of Berlin, in the district
"Friedrichshain".Friedrichshain is a district
with a lot of alternativ art an cultural offers, there is
a kind multicultural athmosphere and a lot of bars and
restaurantes. Friedrichhain has developed to the
"Kreuzberg of the east". A lot of anti
mainstream artists and lokations can be discovered there
and still the charme of the downtown charakter of this
aera is not lost. description of the room:The
room is about 10m² and it is in the 4th floor of a well
restored, old house within a 2-room-dwelling. The windows
are southwards and there is a door from the guestroom to
a small balconie.The dwelling is comfortable, friendly
and clean furnished. There are no beds in the guestroom,
there are only 2 matrasses, but because of the wooden
floor, it is not a un-confortable sleeping . The 16m²
bathroom(tilled with tube and shower) and the kitchen are
in share with the landlady. It is a non-smoking place.
