the
apartement is 32 m², situated in an old, well restord house, 5th floor
(without elevator), backyard (site-house) .It is a quiet and bright
place very carefull and lovingly furnished . There is a rather large
livingroom (about 20m²) with natural wooden floor, furnished with a
150cm x 200cm bed, a table with chairs and boards there is also TV and
it is possible to lent a mobile Wlan- stick for access to the internet
(charged)
There is kitchenette is well equipted with gas-stove, refrigerator,
crockeries.....The large, tilled bathroom is with tube .
area:
There are nice shops and a lot of nice restaurantes , cafes and bars
directly in front of the door.
It is also just about 10 Min. to Potsdamer Platz in the center of
Berlin , very near to most of the other tourist attractions in the
center of Berlin. It is also perfect for expeditions of Berlin by
bike .

Bus M 19 (near the house ) goes
every ten minutes to Kurfürstendamm,
KaDeWe, Tauentzien, Zoo, Tiergarten,
Bus 140 (nearly in front of the
door) goes to Ostkreuz,
S-Bahn station "Yorkstr" 5-10
minutes walk (
or 2 busstationen) . There goes S-line S 1 , S 2 and S 25
U-station "Mehringdamm", it
is 3-5 minute walk ( or 1 busstation) it is underground-line 6
